Privacy policy

• When you buy: name, e-mail, phone, delivery and billing addresses and the order details. Payment happens in Shopify's checkout; your card details do not pass through our site and are not kept by us.
• When you sign up to the newsletter or ask to be notified of availability: your name, when given, and e-mail.
• When you personalise a piece: the engraving text and, if sent, the reference photo.
• When you contact us: the content of your WhatsApp messages.
• When you browse: your bag and favourites are saved in your own browser and are not sent to us unless you check out. The site's hosting provider records technical access data, such as IP address and browser, to run and protect the site.

Today the site uses no advertising cookies and no browsing analytics. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first. Shopify's checkout uses its own cookies, described in Shopify's privacy policy.

• To process your order, payment and delivery.
• To assist you, including with exchanges, returns and warranty.
• To make personalised pieces.
• To send news and the first-purchase coupon, only if you signed up — you can leave the list at any time.
• To meet legal and tax obligations and prevent fraud.

We process your data to perform the purchase contract, to meet legal obligations, with your consent (as for the newsletter) and, to protect the site and prevent fraud, on the basis of legitimate interest — always within the limits of the LGPD.

• Shopify, the platform behind the shop and checkout, and payment providers.
• Carriers, to deliver your order.
• Vercel, which hosts the site and stores reference photos sent for engraving.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your data. Some of these providers store data outside Brazil, with the safeguards the LGPD requires.

We keep data for as long as the purposes above require and for the periods the law sets, such as tax records. Newsletter data is kept until you ask to leave.

Under the LGPD you may ask, at any time, for:

• confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed against the law;
• portability of your data;
• information about who we share your data with;
• withdrawal of consent and deletion of the data processed on that basis.

To exercise any of these rights, talk to us on WhatsApp (11) 97656-4027. You may also complain to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

We take technical and administrative measures to protect your data. If an incident occurs that may bring you relevant risk or harm, we will notify you and the ANPD, as the law requires.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you are responsible for a minor who sent us data, contact us so it can be deleted.

We may update this policy. The date of the last change appears at the top of the page.
