Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped by Correios, Brazil's postal service, or through a partner shipping platform. The options available for your postcode, with cost and delivery time, are shown at checkout.

Orders over R$ 249,99 ship free across Brazil.

The delivery time appears at checkout, in business days, as soon as you enter your postcode. Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed: Pix is confirmed within minutes; boleto may take a few business days to clear.

Rings in made-to-order sizes and engraved pieces have their own lead time, agreed with you on WhatsApp after the purchase.

When your order ships, you receive the tracking code by e-mail to follow the delivery.

Every piece travels in PRATTA packaging, with its certificate of provenance. If you wrote a gift message in the bag, it goes along.

If your order is late, arrives damaged or with broken packaging, write to us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos. We follow it through with you until it is resolved.
