Photos and descriptions show each piece as faithfully as possible. Slight variations in tone and lustre may occur depending on your screen and lighting. Measurements and weight appear on the product page when available.

Prices are in Brazilian reais and may change without notice; the price shown at the time of purchase applies. Availability is confirmed at checkout. If for any reason we cannot fulfil a paid order, we let you know and refund the full amount.

We accept Pix, with 5% off; credit card in up to 3 interest-free instalments; and boleto. Payment is processed in Shopify's checkout, and the order is confirmed once payment is approved.

Coupons apply under the conditions stated with them.

The engraving text is sent by you; before engraving, we confirm the spelling on WhatsApp. We do not engrave offensive or discriminatory content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

The PRATTA brand, logo, photos and texts on this site belong to PRATTA or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced for commercial use without consent.

The site may not be used for unlawful purposes or to interfere with its operation.

Your personal data is handled under our Privacy policy.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Consumer Code. The courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction.
